Cancellation:
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before you receive an order status email about your order. Simply email us at support@ohhsoocute.com with your order number mentioned in the subject.
In the event of cancellation before the order is processed, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges while if the order is processed and you still wish to cancel the order, you will be charged the designing charges (if applicable) and the rest will be refunded to your original payment method.The refund would be credited within 7-10 working days.
Return Policy:
Since our products are personalized, we can’t resell them to another customer if the products are returned to us. Chances of another customer choosing the same name, color and customization are highly unlikely.
Products can only be returned if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. We take the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and try to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before you open the package, please mail us at support@ohhsoocute.com within 3 working days of receiving the package. Incase of such return, It would be helpful if you attach a picture of the defective/damage. Also please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact.
If you have a complaint about the quality of our products, feel free to reach out to us. We will then try to find a suitable solution. In this case of return, the return costs are on account of the customer.
Certain products where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return.
The refund will be processed in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online orders, the refund will be made back to the original payment method used to pay for the order. The refund would be credited within 7-10 working days.
